Darque Tan Bad Billing Practices
I went into the Darque Tan retail location and asked for a cancelation after having the tanning service for months.I was told I should put a freeze on the account for 3 months, and that way if I decided to come back I wouldn't have to pay another fee.
I was assured I would not receive further charges as long as I canceled by the end of the freeze. 3 days before the end of the freeze I called to cancel again.
I stated I did not need the services.They charged me again and would not remove fee.
Monetary Loss: $70.
